Fally is personal intelligence that lives with you through the day and listens to you 24/7. It continuously builds a deeper understanding of you by listening and building context over time. It pays attention the way a good friend does.

Through this, Fally understands your conscious and subconscious life: figuring out what you might need before you realize it, reminding you about open loops, identifying patterns and emotional trends before you notice them, and catching the things we usually gloss over in everyday life.

Our thesis is simple: you’re only living half your life. The half that you actively remember. The other half evaporates into your subconscious: what you said, felt, promised, noticed, and forgot.

It’s often the more interesting half, and until now nothing could catch it, understand it, and make it actionable.

Fally catches your subconscious half and understands you well enough to take action on your behalf.

Fally also acts for you. It has its own computer and can safely use your credentials to handle the things you keep putting off: filling out forms, ordering groceries, filing a complaint, or emailing a company to book a repair technician. When Fally runs into something it can’t solve on its own, it finds the right AI tool and uses that too.

So Fally doesn’t just remember your life. It helps you move it forward.

The app is designed around ambient listening and clear user control. Short microphone chunks are sent securely to Fally’s private transcription service and deleted when transcription finishes. Text and selected context can be sent through Fally’s server to a model when the app needs to understand a moment. Nothing leaves without your yes. The privacy policy explains every data path, stored copy, permission, and deletion control in detail.
